7. Restoration of Material
Where the DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, material may be restored in accordance with the applicable statutory process unless we receive notice that the complaining party has filed an appropriate legal action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.
The timing and availability of restoration depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
8. Repeat Infringement
